From what age can children enter PLANET LOLLIPOP?

The PLANET LOLLIPOP is for children from 3 to 10 years of age.
The MINI LOLLIPOP is available for children under 4 years of age. The small-scale play island is located on the ground floor in front of Kastner&Öhler and H&M.

Can adults visit PLANET LOLLIPOP?

Adults are not allowed to enter PLANET LOLLIPOP (only in the case of a booked birthday party can two adults join the party).

How much does an hour cost?

€3.00 for the first hour (€2.50 on presentation of the Upper Austrian family card – “OÖ-Familienkarte”)

€1.00 for each additional hour

During the holidays and bank holidays, the PLANET LOLLIPOP is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm.

What do I need to know the first time I visit PLANET LOLLIPOP?

At the first visit to PLANET LOLLIPOP, the child’s e-card must be presented to verify his/her age.

Can PLANET LOLLIPOP be entered with shoes?

Throughout PLANET LOLLIPOP, socks are compulsory. Socks in PLANET LOLLIPOP design can be bought at check-in or you can bring your own socks.

When is PLANET LOLLIPOP open?

Monday to Friday:
13.00 – 19.00

Saturday:
9.00 – 18.00

During the holidays and bank holidays, the PLANET LOLLIPOP is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm.

FAQ PARTY

What are the party themes?

Pizza party: Mozzarella, salami, corn? The mini chefs get to prepare their own piece of pizza in a playful way, which is then eaten, of course. Buon Appetito!

Superhero party: SMASH! All kids become unique superheroes by designing their own superhero gear. In no time, the kids develop supernatural play powers to save PLANET LOLLIPOP.

Costume party: Styling and dressing up as you please with one of our great costumes is the focus of this party, because the big photoshoot is coming up. Of course, you may also bring your own costumes.

Unicorn party: (from April to August)
Funny unicorn games and colourful crafting fun await the kids at the sparkling-glittering rainbow festival.

Frozen party: (from September to March)
The hit of the cold season! Every child makes his/her own hat: As Olaf, Sven, Anna or Elsa! Then there is a lot of fun from throwing snowballs to frost dancing. And everyone singing… “Let it go!”

How much does a party cost?

Party price: € 130.00
On presentation of the Upper Austrian Family Card: € 120.00

What is included in the price?

Admission for the invited children for the duration of the party at PLANET LOLLIPOP
Admission for two accompanying adults for the duration of the party at PLANET LOLLIPOP
Water and juice and 1 bottle of 100% organic non-alcoholic ‘sparkling wine’ for the party kids
Own party room with table and enough chairs, including cleaning
Professional party supervision with a motivating and child-oriented animation program according to the party theme

Can a cake be brought or purchased?

You may bring your own cake to the birthday party. (If you bring your own cake to the birthday party, PLANET LOLLIPOP will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or food intolerances.)
We are also happy to organise a cake for a surcharge of € 20.00 per cake
