Any time there’s a children’s birthday party to celebrate, LOLLIPOP is the place to go. Children aged 3 to 10 years are in the best of hands in our adventure-filled play area. Two unique party rooms, professional, first-class service and a fun program make for an unforgettable birthday.
Pre-reservation is not possible. The booking is made online via the registration form and is binding!
It is best to book 3 to 4 months in advance to get your desired date! The First-Come-First-Served principle applies.
The Lollipop party rooms are exclusively available for your party!
The room rental costs € 145.00 (Monday to Thursday) or € 175.00 (Friday to Saturday) per room. Room rental must be paid three weeks before the party date in the Q19 Centre Management by bank card. The catering costs € 6.00 per dish. The food must be paid in cash directly with the delivery.
Payment of room rental and service must be made no later than three weeks before the party date in the Q19 Centre Management office (2nd floor, opposite party room Lola).

In the party rooms, there is an indoor playground, a sitting area for children and a kitchen. There are no dishes available, so please bring your own cutlery and (paper) dishes. If you have booked catering, it will be delivered on plates with a children’s drink and cutlery. CD player, decoration, cake knife must be brought along.
Party room Lola: The approx. 115 m² party room leaves nothing to be desired because, in addition to the kitchen corner, the seating area and lots of space to romp around, the room also has a large “fun park”. This is exclusively available for your own party, making the celebration an unforgettable experience.
Party room Happy: In this room, the children can expect a total of 100 m² of pure fun with its own “fun park” for rackety playing as well as a kitchen corner and a comfortable seating area. A special toddler area has been set up for the little party guests, making the Happy room ideal for parties with children of different ages (from 2 to 10 years).
Times: The party room is at your disposal (incl. preparation and wrap-up) for your party during the week (Monday-Friday) from 14:00-18:30. On Saturday, you can use the room from 14:00-17:45. Please note that the Q19 Döbling shopping district closes at 18:00 o’clock!
For fire protection reasons, a maximum of 20 people are allowed in the party rooms. How many children and how many adults you invite is up to you. At least 1 parent or guardian must be present during the entire party.
The tables may be decorated as you wish. It is prohibited to attach garlands or similar decorative materials to the walls. Please avoid confetti – for the sake of Q19 cleaning.
All items brought with you must either be disposed of in the bins or taken back with you. Please also remove the decoration. Please do not switch off the light as the lamps need about 10 minutes to restart.
Outside the bookable service, there are no clowns, etc., on offer. However, we are happy to recommend the magic clown Poppo: www.poppo.at
The catering costs € 6.00 per dish. The food must be paid in cash directly upon delivery and is served on a large plate.

You can change the food at the latest 1 week before the party date. For this, please contact us by email at happy@q19.at or by phone at 01/318 54 98.
You can book from our catering or arrange for food and drinks yourself. In the party rooms, there is a stove where you can heat up food you have brought with you (however, as there are smoke detectors in the room, cooking is not possible). The stove is switched off for security reasons; to use it, please contact the Q19 Centre Management.
Please note that no food and drinks may be taken into the “fun park”!
A cake cannot be ordered, but you are welcome to bring it to the party yourself (Attention: There are no dishes, cake knife, etc., in the room).
The access to the party rooms is located on the upper floor of Q19, right next to the hairdresser Gruppa L’Ultima. Then please follow the signs to the 2nd upper floor.
You will get your refund on presentation of a medical certificate.
